🚴‍♂️ D.O.R.Ks Bike Ride: From School to Point Walter Dust off the helmets and pump up the tyres! It’s time for the D.O.R.Ks (Dads of Richmond Kids) bike ride. We’re heading from the school down to the river for an evening of cycling, fresh air, and food trucks. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or your kids are still rocking streamers on their handlebars, this is a relaxed, family-friendly ride for everyone. 📅 The Details Date: Sunday, 22nd March Start Time: Meet at the school to leave promptly at 3:45 PM. The Route: A scenic 20–30 minute cycle from school to Point Walter. (School, Fraser Street, Birdwood Circus, Bicton Baths and then flat-ish along Blackwall Reach path to Point Walter) The Destination: An evening by the river with the Dinner @ Dusk food trucks! 🚗 Not a fan of two wheels? No worries! If you can’t make the ride, families can still join the DORKs down at Point Walter. Meet us directly at the river (food trucks are outside the cafe at Point Walter) from 4:30 PM onwards. ⏱️ Schedule 3:45 PM: Group departs from school. 4:30 PM: Arrive at Point Walter / Food Trucks open. 4:30 PM – Late: Dinner, drinks, and hanging out by the water. Families to make their own way home when they are ready. What to bring: Bikes, helmets, swimmers, water bottles, and money for the Food Trucks! Dad's are asked to bring everything they need for their family. Sign up below - so we know you are coming!

Join us for an unforgettable weekend of camping, bushwalking, bacon and egg breakfasting, climbing, swinging, and flying through the trees at: Treetops Adventure, Dwellingup, organised by our Richmond Primary School DORKs group. https://treetopsadventure.com.au/location/wa-dwellingup/  Dad role providers and kids from Kindy to Year 6 are welcome to attend! Expect a mix of exciting aerial challenges, ziplines, and fun in the forest - perfect for building confidence and great memories. Children (8–13) must be accompanied on the course by a climbing adult with their own ticket. Harnessing and safety training are provided at the start of the session. Let the adventure begin! Get your team of 10 together and choose your Around the World theme including countries and cultures! Prizes for Best Dressed team and Best Styled Table so go big!  $500 for a table of 10.  Each table requires a Team leader to book. Team names must be unique, first in, best dressed!  Silent and Live Auctions on the night are being held on the night. If you are interested in donating a prize please get in touch! 

It’s time to shake off those Winter blues and send some pins flying at the Dads and Kids 10-pin bowling afternoon!  The event will be held at Super Bowl Melville from 2pm to around 5pm on Saturday 30th August 2025 and is open to current Richmond Dads and Kids from Kindy to Year 6.   We will get together in teams of 6 per lane and you can opt to play one or two games each, with bragging rights going to the winning team overall and highest-scoring individual player!!  Food and drinks are available separately from the cafe/bar.   Tickets are $20 per player for 1 game or $30 per player for 2 games and shoe hire is included. Dads can also get a free ticket if they just want to come along and supervise their kids playing. Each game will take about an hour to complete. ***** Updated Event details ***** this session is ***** 6PM to 9PM ***** The Dads and Kids are heading to Flip Out, Bibra Lake on Saturday 21 June 25, for an adrenaline-pumping, awesome ninja adventure! It's the perfect place for dads and kids to enjoy wall-to-wall trampolines, wipe-out, airbag, parkour and dedicated soft play areas for the little ones! For this evening session they dim the lights and make it an after dark disco party... with passes for unlimited pizza!!!! We have made a group booking, giving us a social area as well as access to all the activities. Dads supervising their kids only are free.  The cost for the 3-hour Jumping Pass is $30 per person (adult or child).  The cost for an Unlimited Pizza Pass is just $5 per person!
