Richmond Primary School P&C invite you to a free seminar at the school library to help parents and caregivers understand anxiety, behaviours and protective factors for their children.

Learn more about:

• Normalising emotional experiences, such as feeling anxious
• The risk and and protective factors for healthy emotional development
• How developing social and emotional skills can help prevent anxiety
• Why building resilience in the family is important
