Dads and Kids Camp 2021

This year's Dads and Kids Camp will be held on Saturday 27 February at 3pm, on the school oval.  It's a great opportunity for Dads to have some quality time with their kids, putting up the tent, cooking tea and joining in with some fun activities and games.  On the Sunday morning, a bbq brekky will be provided, along with real coffee from the coffee van, before winding up the camp from about 9am.  Not only is it a shared activity with all the kids but also a great time for Dads to chat and get to know each other.  For "Dads" we include those fathers, father figures and single or solo parents who fulfil the role of Dad.  Equally, Mums who normally also fulfil the role of Dad are most welcome to join in on the camp.

The cost is $30 per family and tickets must be pre-purchased via the ticket link.  The camp is intended for all Kindy to Year 6 students; regrettably older or younger siblings are not able to attend. If you would like to come but don't have any camping equipment, then get in touch and we should be able to find you some!

The Camp will be a COVID-Safe event and all participants will be required to adhere to the COVID-Safe Event Plan.  Extant Government guidelines will be followed and we ask you to adhere to these at all times.  COVID-Safe health and hygiene practices apply, extra cleaning protocols will be in force and you are encouraged to bring and use your own hand sanitiser.  The school oval is large enough to accommodate all attendees and physical distancing guidelines for adults should be followed.  Please ensure that only your child/children occupy or sleep in your tent. You must pre-purchase a ticket and enter the correct contact details for all attendees, in case contact tracing is required during or after the event.  Finally, please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, suspect you may have had contact with any source of infection or are subject to any isolation or quarantine requirements.
